Agon Challenge never takes a side in a round. It only earns the fee when someone wins, so it doesn't care who wins.

One price, shown exactlyThe price you see is the price that settles the round.
  • Every price is shown exactly as the market printed it — never rounded — with its time to the millisecond.
  • There is one price, not a "display" price and a separate "settlement" price.
  • If the live feed drops, a badge says so at once. If a backup is used, a banner says so.
  • If the price can't be confirmed when a round opens, starts or settles, it's cancelled with a full refund.
Every round leaves a recordA permanent Round ID with every price, call and time.

Every round gets a permanent Round ID (AG-R-date-number) and every player a permanent Agon ID (AC-XXXXXXXX). We keep the players, game, prices with their times, each call and when it was locked, the result and the fee. These records can't be edited.

If you think a round went wrongReport it with the Round ID — you get a clear answer.
  • Report it with the Round ID from your result or Performance.
  • The full record is pulled automatically before anyone looks at it.
  • Price and settlement questions get a second reviewer who checks the raw price log.
  • You get a plain answer using the same prices and times you can check yourself.
  • If we got it wrong, the round is refunded in full.
